Black Dramatic Eyeliner Tutorial

This is the red carpets breakdown makeup that everyone seem to love! It is a different look from what you probably have seen before but that’s what makes it so beautiful and unique. It is perfect for evenings or for special events. All you need is a black pencil and a brush. Start by lining your eyelid such as indicated in the first and second picture and then fill it in such as shown in the third picture.  With a brush, smudge the black pencil but make sure not to outgo the lines. You can add some glitter to give your eyes a sparkly look or simply leave it like that.
